Return policy outside Kuwait:
-In the event of a return, the product must be in an unused condition, with the brand label attached to the bag and the invoice.

-Please send the item to the same address mentioned in the waybill.

-The buyer shall bear the value of shipping the item to be returned through the shipping company chosen by the buyer.

-In the event that the returned piece does not arrive within 14 days from the date the order reaches the buyer, the return will not be made.

-The amount is refunded, and only the value of the first shipment of the piece and the delivery and delivery fees for the returned piece are deducted.

-It may take 5-7 working days for the amount to be deposited into the bank account.
